Unless you are totally figure concious, there is rarely a woman who will not enjoy a really nice meal. But we generally don't make the best company at our 'special' time of the month when our hormones are racing. Those are the moments when we end up tipping wine over our companions head, or whipping the table cloth from the table top. So...if you are with us on this one, this is definately worthy of a listing on iPremenstral.com because the pudding can be wonderful, and meals in general do make towards great relationships and feeling wonderful, but if you want to be assured of controlling your behaviour, then save this one for the other times in the month. And if you are hormonal and a chocolate woman then take this piece of advice....never forget to end your meal with chocolate. Stand your ground my friend. Even if nobody else is having pudding!
